The Project

What you'll be doing

AI governance is one of the most consequential policy challenges of our time. In this project, you will engage directly with the debates shaping how societies respond to artificial intelligence.

  1. Claim a topic from the eight governance themes. Each addresses a distinct dimension of AI policy relevant to Denmark and the EU.
  2. Research deeply. Start with the required reading, then explore supplementary materials, podcasts, and current developments.
  3. Write a policy brief (2,000–3,000 words) addressed to Denmark's Minister for Digitization. Make concrete recommendations.
  4. Present your findings (15–20 minutes) to the class. Defend your analysis. Engage with questions.

Your briefs will be published on this site after presentations, creating a resource for future students and anyone interested in Danish AI governance.
